Colin is the founding Partner of Corporate Connection Strategies and has been in management consulting for 17 years  directly involved in consulting to the not-for-profit sector as well as many other industries.

Colin implements unique, strategic initiatives to his clients including developing their vision and values, change management and measurement of 'employee and customer loyalty' to inform decision making. 

Colin also designs & facilitates the CCS Management Academy which achieves highly effective results. 

He is a high profile speaker with the experience of more than 200 corporate engagements including the Telstra Business Awards.
Colin is recognised for his significant facilitation skills, senior level coaching, mentoring and  strategic planning capability.

Henrik Thorup (MBA)

Henrik provides CCS clients with strategy, organisational development, transformation and M&A expertise. Henrik has over 20 years of senior executive management experience across USA, Europe and Asia-Pacific including seven years as CEO of Nilfisk-Advance ANZ. Henrik is Non-Executive Chairman of Pandora Jewelry Pty Ltd, a leading luxury goods company and yelobox Pty Ltd, an emerging ICT company.

Henrik holds a Bbus. Econ, an MBA in Corporate Strategy from Uni. of Aalborg, Denmark and has recently completed an EMBA Diploma in International Operations from the Swedish Mgt Institute in Stockholm, Sweden. Henrik is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Jenny has been in the consulting industry for 11 years, and brings a wealth of expertise and commitment to project success.
